Purchasing:

My guitars may be purchased directly from me.  As I am a small operation and wish to keep costs down for my customers,  all payments must be made by money order or certified check.

All prices include a hard shell case and shipping.

Warranties and Return Policy:

Return policy:

Purchasing a guitar sight unseen and sound unheard would be extremely risky without a solid return policy.

If for any reason you are unhappy with your purchase, return the guitar to me within 10 days of your receipt of it, in the same condition you received it, and I will send you a full refund of the purchase price.  Your only risk is to cover the cost of the return shipping to me.

Should the guitar be damaged, except for damages received in transit, a deduction will be made for the cost of the repairs should they be more than superficial.  I plan to be generous in this regard, and not charge for very minor touch-ups.

Warranties:

I guarantee all my guitars against defects in materials and workmanship for as long as I am building or repairing guitars.  I know of no better guarantee.

There are items which common sense dictates are not covered:  Any damage incurred owing to mishandling is not covered, including the dings and scratches which may result from normal wear and tear.  Splits or fractures owing to pressure, temperature, or humidity variations cannot receive a blanket warranty prior to examination, but I will give the customer the benefit of the doubt on borderline cases.

Also, repairs done by others may void the warranty.

Guiding Principles:

It is my most sincere desire to treat my customers as I would like to be treated.  In providing this service, common sense and a generous attitude will prevail.

I will answer all inquiries with the courtesy, consideration, and respect you may always expect from me.
